November 2012 Real Estate Activity report for LA & OC
According to PWR (Pacific
West Association of Realtors) New Listings were down 12.9 percent for detached
homes and 19.5 percent for attached properties. Pending Sales increased 47.3
percent for single-family homes and 37.9 percent for townhouse-condo
